Service Description

Online sessions take place on Zoom. If this is your first session, please book the introductory session (90 mins) and then 75 mins for any follow ups. Once paid, you'll be sent a confirmation email with further details. A minimum of x 4 sessions (ideally 6) is recommended for those who are new to Breathwork.
