For many years, I gave the outward impression of having it all — a thriving, high-pressure career in finance, a busy family life raising two young girls and a full schedule that rarely paused.
Yet beneath the surface, I often felt depleted, constantly striving to keep up while yearning for a deeper sense of balance, fulfilment and connection. Breathwork changed that.

Through this practice, I experienced a profound emotional release that was transformative, sparking a deep curiosity in understanding the complex relationship between breath, mind and body. ​
That’s why I founded The Breath Circle: to help others find that same shift. Breathwork can help to release deep emotions, break through limiting beliefs, and bring us back to our authentic selves.
