Sessions are always personalised to your emotional and nervous system readiness. Conscious connected breathwork is introduced gradually and safely, ensuring the experience feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
Each session meets you exactly where you are.
For some clients, deeper breathwork unfolds naturally over several sessions. This is why I also offer session blocks, allowing your journey to progress at a pace that feels grounded, safe, and sustainable.

What to Expect in a 1:1 Breathwork Session
Step 1: Initial Breath Analysis and Personalised Coaching
Each session begins with intention setting and a detailed breath analysis to understand how your breathing patterns impact your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Step 2: Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork
You will be gently guided through breathwork techniques tailored to you, supporting deep relaxation and emotional release.
Step 3: Integration and Coaching Support
After the breathwork, we reflect on your experience, integrate insights, and explore practical ways to apply breathwork benefits to your daily life.
These 1:1 sessions are most effective when taken as a series of 4–6 sessions, or as part of a maintenance practice to support ongoing physical, emotional, and mental health.
